At Hege Natural Mineral Water, customer satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our product, you can request a refund within 3 days of purchase. Whether it's an issue with the product quality or any other concern, we're here to ensure your experience with Hege exceeds your expectations. Simply reach out to our customer service team, and we'll be happy to assist you with the refund process. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
