Meet the Juggernauts

In an era plagued by escalating groundwater pollution across Asia, Hege emerges as a beacon of purity and wellness. Built upon the fundamental principle of delivering untainted hydration, our dedicated team is steadfast in sourcing the pristine waters of the Himalayas. Untouched by human interference, our water retains its natural essence, enriched with essential minerals and boasting alkaline properties.

We envision a future where individuals can unequivocally trust in the integrity of their drinking water, liberated from harmful contaminants and unnecessary processing.

But our mission extends far beyond provision; we are committed to democratising access to premium-quality water throughout Asia. By offering a natural alternative that is not only beneficial but also affordable and sustainable, we empower communities to prioritise their health and well-being.

At Hege, we firmly believe that everyone deserves access to clean, safe, and nourishing water. It's more than a vision; it's a commitment to fostering a healthier and more sustainable future for all.

Pratima Reddy

The Woman Of Thought

Initially, I started my career as a pilot when I was 18. Eventually I found myself in the water business when I and Shailendra started Oceana Positive, a customised water bottle business, which we later sold. Finally when we found a source of natural mineral water that's when the Hege journey began. On a less serious note, I like to take a pottery class or paint when I really have the time. But fitness and baking, that’s what I do.

Shailendra Sirikonda

The Strategic Mind

I’m from Karimnagar, a very small town in Telangana. After my 12th, I went to the US to become a pilot and was in commercial aviation for almost 12 years which included piloting a Boeing 737. During one of my paid holidays from the airline, me and Pratima ideated a very small customised water bottle business, Oceana Positive, which fortunately was a great hit and now with Hege we are happily supplying natural mineral water to more than 5000 customers from a great source. Not much different from the pleasure of having Bagara rice and my favourite spicy Telangana mutton curry on any given day.

The Perceptive Inspector

Production Management is a good experience because of the challenge it brings when it comes to creating such a big brand. We give our very best for the customers and give them quality. Everything I do, I approach with positivity, whether it be in regards to my professional life or my personal life. A person will be able to do anything good only if he’s positive. It is an incredible thing, it allows you the motivation to do, to do something impressive.

Rajkiran Kokonda

The Industrious Figure

I've been working in Hege as the Sales Manager (South) for the past 3 years and before Hege, I've worked 8 years in the Mobile and Water industries. I’ve always looked up to my father, especially his hard working nature. He is my biggest motivation, and when I'm not working I enjoy going on trips with my wife. Speaking of enjoyment, 3 Idiots and Life Of Pi are among my favourite movies. The former especially was quite funny and interesting.
